well, 2U was ok for me, what i didn't like was the grip size...after using G5's, now whenever i get racquets they HAVE to be G5 :p

so i am now looking for 3UG5, or 2U....but in Canada it's so expensive...like at lee's $205 CDN!!

    Help me decide

    Guys,

I'm planning to get a carbonex racket. Which is a good choice - 21, 25 or 30? Also, what is SP? what is that for?

    Regards to all ;)

I have just bought Cab 30 MS and I tried Cab 21 and Cab 25 before. My choice will be Cab 30 MS > Cab 21 > Cab 25.

Just got my Cab 30ms and tried it out for the first time. Overall, I think it is a good racquet but I can definitely feel that the sweet spot is much smaller than isometric head-shaped racquets. Right now, don't feel I can use it with much firepower but I am adjusting to it. It is a great looking racquet.

Cab 30 feels very solid when hitting. Cab 21 is very good, but too easy to break. Cab 25 is not very good in both control and power. Sure, it is my personal comment.

In fact I have many cabs, but some I have never tried, here is my list:

Old Cab 7 - never tried
Old Cab 8 - OK in this technology
Old Cab 8dx - No good.......
    Old Cab 9 - excellent
Old Cab 10 - my last one is borrowed from my friend and cannot remember the feeling, now my one is brand new.
Old Cab 14 - Brand new, never try it.
    Old Cab 15 - Excellent
Old Cab 16 - my last testing was borrowed from my friend, shaft is very soft and now I have 2 hanging on wall.
Old Cab 18 - my last testing was borrowed from my friend, shaft is harder than Cab 16 and now I have a brand new one.
Cab 20 original - my main rackets with Boron 2. Every Cab 20 has a little bit difference in performance.
Cab 20 tour - very good, but has some virbation after hit. I am now have one in brand new condition with old logo.
Cab 20 power - very hard on shaft, I broke it in last month.
Cab 21 - Good but easy break!! I just got the pink version in old logo recently
    Cab 25 - no good!!
Cab 30 - just bought it and feel very good.

Just look at the second hand market, then you can get them in a very good price. My Cab 30 is just US$45, 99% new.

    wow! thanks, again :)

I just got back from a mall. I saw a cab 30ms, it's too much for me. The price is P10000 PHP or about $200 USD :crying:

Now, I'm thinking of cab 8400, 7 & 10, besides 21 and 25. Cab 7 is the cheapest and I think the latest among these  Is 8400 a good choice?

I will recommend Cab 21. Just be careful in double games, then it can enjoy a longer life.

8400 and cab 7 should be beginner racket, after a short while, you will demand for a more powerful tools.

forrestyung, I bought a Cab 10 SP last night  Cab 21 was really my choice next to 30MS (influenced by you hehe). Cab 10SP is much cheap than 21 that's why I got it instead  Maybe this Christmas I'll buy myself a cab30ms. I'll see first if my badminton skill will improve. For the meantime, I'll just practice hard so a cab 30ms will be worth buying :)

BTW, why do you have so many cabs? :D
