Anyone knows where is SOO BENG KIANG now? He used to study in my college last time and we see each other queit often in the college. Since his retirement , he seems to be really out of the badminton scene...
Luis Pongoh is nu a chairman of a badminton club 'Tangkas'. One of the best clubs in Indonesia. Beside that he is also an officer in PBSI, but I don't know in which departement.
Lius Pongoh was Indonesia's #3 singles behind Rudy and Swie King back in early to mid 80's. His nickname was Mr. Rubber Ball. Watch a recording of him playing during his hey-day and you'll understand. My back hurts just from watching him play. Anyone know what some of the Danish ex-pros I mentioned previously did after their badminton days? I understand Lene Koppen was a dentist. That true? What about the rest?
