Do you know whether it is a 2U? Do you see any 3U around?

I am so happy reading this post. :) I hope the new Cab22 is 100% exactly similar to the old one.

It seems like Yonex starts reproducing old Carbonex. Before Cab22, I also saw new production of Cab 9. And I think perhaps the new production of Carbonex won't be included in Yonex catalogue. :)

I saw the Cab 22. NO SHAFT SERIAL NUMBER. However, he mentioned that he had some Cab 20 Titanium and other exotic Cab 20s from the same batch.

Though they had the gold Sunrise sticker, the various Cab 20s had shaft numbers 36xxxxx which is old. If the Cab 22 is the same batch, then it's old stock too.

My guess is that Sunrise had several old Cabs lying around the warehouse and offered them in limited numbers to distributors/retailers, and 'old school' retailers like Chau Beng who have customers who actually buy Cabs (gasp!) picked them up.

Well, plenty of Ti-10 fakes. It isn't even an old model, but an officially dead and buried model.

production of the black Ti-10 ended about a year ago in late 2005.

I presume what fake Ti-10s you are seeing are excess stock that the counterfeiters have which they can't clear because everyone wants fake nanospeed nowadays :D

I had a chat with the boss of Artric Sports Singapore and he understand from the Sunrise rep that there is no new cab22 stock (in fact someone from BC Australia had e-mailed Artric Sports on this thread).

Just got 2 new old stock Cab22's!!!!

    Hi all,

I'm new to the forums, but I've been a fan of Cab's for a long time. I can see that there is a huge following here for this fine racquet. Just wanted to share with you all that I just acquired two new old stock Carbonex 22's from here : http://www.badmintonshoponline.us/unlimitshop/index.php?cPath=1_8&osCsid=b40907bfae214838c3357ed48e2e2f65 . Of course I was a bit skeptical, but they arrived from Hong Kong with no problems! Give these guys a try if you want a Cab 22!

I'm not affiliated with them in anyway shape or form....

    Hi thefinnatic,

Are your rackets with the new type serial number or old type serial number?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi blinan8088,

My rackets have th old "stamped" type of serial numbers. Which would lead me to believe that these are originals.

    Regards..
