Novalia Agustianti just manages to make it to R16 after a tough victory over Nittayaporn Nipatsant [9/16] in 3 sets: 21-18, 20-22, 21-19. She should have won it in straight-sets as she led 20-14 only to be overturned 20-22.

Let's see if she can beat Fabienne Deprez [5/8] to win a place in the last 8 and possibly another YOG spot for INA???

Meanwhile, Millicent Wiranto lost as expected and INA is only left with 1 pair in XD as Wahyu Nayaka/Novalia Agustianti will face Ow Yao Han/Lai Pei Jing [2] in R16.

Prannoy is quite good. He, Sai Praneeth/Pranav Chopra will be the mainstay of India's future.

It's all over for second seed Loh Wei Sheng :( He went down to unknown India player, probably his injury still bothering him.

Yeah, sorta expected after his groin injury & after the coaches rested Loh in semi & 3rd place tie in Team. But I'm glad at least his place in Youth OG is secured already.

Well, best of luck to Zufadli, the sole player who is carrying the hopes of Malaysia winning a BS title. If he plays his very best, I believe he will win it, but I can very well remember the AJC earlier.

As for Ow/Yew, I hope they can play confidently all the way like against INA in the AJC where they beat them even worse than Li Gen and Song Ziwei  Not make uncharacteristic errors in the final again or like against Denmark's MD where they staged an awesome comeback.

These are our two main hopes.:D
    Followed by...

Ow/Lai - Has Lai fully recovered? I'm worried for her.
