    not too stable! they had won 10 out of the 12 Superseries titles plus the World and Asian Games during that not too stable period. the rest of the world got 2, that incl one t'ment CHN didn't sent a team.

    In last 16, Bae and Eriko the only seeded players out. Bae did not get any vote in the poll.

    OK, lets see...
    Saina meets YipPY next; Saina should come through if the ghosts of this WC don't strike again. :D
    Tine is up against Ji Hyun Sung. If Tine finds her rhythm, sho will get through without much difficulty.
    Inthanon against Wang Yihan promises something; all depends on Inthanon and her preparation. WYH is still a confidence player, so there is some chance of an upset here.
    Cheng Shao Chieh should cruise past Carolina Marin.
    JYJ v/s Julianne promises to be a cracker! :D
    Wang Xin should go past Petya, unless she's just not fit enough. Same goes for WSX v/s Porntip...

    Watch out for Pi Hongyan and Carolina Marin

    .
    After Round 1 and 2, two seeded players (out of 16) have been eliminated, namely;

    * Bae Youn Joo [8]......won by Pi Hongyan.......21-09, 15-21, 21-13 in 59 minutes.
    * Eriko Hirose [15].......won by Carolina Marin...21-23, 21-16, 21-16 in 61 minutes.

    We shall watch out for Pi Hongyan and Carolina Marin. :):):)
