That is a good idea, but how abouts are you guys going to do this? Will VanLawn be sponsoring in anyway? I think it is very hard to get funding from the government as there isn't a big enough support from people.
Well, "we" don't know yet. It's not a VanLawn project, but should be a concerted effort by badmintonBC, the school boards, etc. And I completely agree, there is no funding from government. RacquetChat.com
this is where the rubber hits the road, and reality sets in. in spite of all good intentions, school boards are a reluctant lot, and badminton is not high on their priorities. badminton bc, as much as they would like are shackled with lack of funding and resources. even if they did, coaches from various sectors will rarely come to any agreement. good luck in the quest...
I have some question I have some questions: 1. Does anyone know if there is a cheap place to play badminton in Richmond? I wish I can have a good place to train my skill. 2. Does any badminton club in Richmond? How do I get involve? 3.Where can I learn badminton in Richmond? 4.Can anyone tell me? For single and double match, which line is out when you serve the bird?
1. I think the cheapest places to play are the community centre. 2. Try "richmondbadminton dot com" and "clearonebadminton dot com" (I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post url here.) 3. Clear One has badminton lessons. 4. For single match, always the long court. For double, short court for service purpose, long court for the rest of the time. Hope this helps.
For single serve: longer and narrower; for double serve: shorter and wider... Hope you get what I meant.
