My picks are MS: LEE Chong Wei - he is simply impressive so far. Moreover, he has a good track record over Kenneth winning their last 2 encounters. WS: ZHANG Ning - "old ginger still the hottest" MD: ERIKSEN Jens/LUNDGAARD HANSEN Martin - should be a close match, but I believe the Danes are the steadier pair. WD: YANG Wei/ZHANG Jiewen - the world no 1 rules! MXD: KOO Kien Keat/WONG Pei Tty - important win to prove BAM the XD can deliver the goods as well!!

Agree with you except: Luluk/Alven looks devastating. Slight edge over Jens/Martin KKK/WPT cannot possibly match the Indon pair who outclassed Nathan/Gail, although I hope they can prove themselves somewhat worthy of a final. WPT has to play better. KKK ran everywhere to cover her.
I agree, Pei Tty have to play better to match the other female players. Yesterday, they played well against Jens and Mette. But I feel Nova and Lilyana should be able to win them. They spent little time to defeat Kim / Lee and Nathan / Gail. As for the men doubles, Luluk and Alven should be able to edge out Jens and Martin. The way they played the World Champions today is extremly cool.

Hey, we're in the same position...STPM examinations with the Singapore Open still going on...with Malaysians representatives!! Oh gawd!! I'm starting to sweat already!! I'm so outdated. I just realized that Nova - Lilyana thrashed Nathan - Gail by 4 and 3!! Wow!! And by comparing Koo - Wong's previous matches, the majority of them took three games to enter the next round. So, we can just hope that Koo - Wong will play their best to extend the game longer...More power from Koo Kien Keat to upset the Indons *fingers crossed* I know it's really a difficult task!
I'm sure Koo Kien Keat will be all fired up to win his first major title ...We can expect a classy show from him ...unless sthin has gone wrong...btw...good luck in your STPM!! No fuss, take it easy...
Wong really has to play better.....Koo looks more like he is playing singles coz he is everywhere covering....but he is in good condition so hope he will win.... maybe now Soon Kit will let more of his charges play XD.......
Yup, that's the problem with our women!! I don't think she really has the fitness to play in both mixed and WD yet. And I doubt if she could really improve a lot tomorrow, that's why I think the Msian MXD will be banking mostly from Koo. Yup, SOon Kit wants his WD players to concentrate in the WD first before going into MXD but I read somewhere that Kim Hock wants to improve our MXD. So, quite a problem here because there is also some rumours going on that Soon Kit and Kim Hock can't really get a long that well
It isnt a rumour that SK and KH cant get along......it has been like that since their playing days....KH wants Msia to do well in the XD as well..i think with the new breed of players in Msia, the men can cope but the ladies have to buck up....like you mentioned, very weak.....I will be supporting Koo-Wong as a friend and Msia Boleh!!!!!
