Yong Hock Kin won the MS crown back in 1998. But Sidek brothers were the only Mas MD pair who achieved that.

KKK/TBH fell tamely to Cai/Fu. Now our hopes are down to MZ/MF. This new pair has more potential and talent. I hope they can beat TG/CW and enter the final. Hidup Melayu! Hidup Malaysia! :)

The only thing MZ/MF is missing is the experience. And it is showing in their game now against TG/CW, but their attacking play is stronger than KKK/TBH. I like the look of this new pair. Rexy made the right choice in teaming them up.

    Goooooo Malaysiaaa!

Just watch the local news and Rexy's comment: "Si Koo itu sudah nampak ada sikit dia punya habit... one-man show".

KKK seems to be the weak link in this partnership. the opponents are finding him as target. even our local pairs are targetting their attacking mode on him. this makes KKK lost confidence. when confidence is gone, the pair seems like giving up. from what i saw today, KKK/TBH gave up from the 2nd set. the 3rd set is worst. trailing almost 10 points behind. CY/FHF is simply better. simply simply better. KKK/TBH used back the same old strategy in AE and Swiss Open. but this time, CY/FHF counter attack their strategy. therefore, KKK/TBH strategy is no longer relevant. KKK/TBH need to look back at CTF/LWW. play an open game, lift shuttle, defense and smash. this is good basic skill by CTF/LWW. due to age and stamina factor, CTF/LWW lost. but if KKK/TBH can follow this style, i'm sure they can beat CY/FHF.

Please leave out politics in our badminton. We are talking about MF/MZ here. They just qualified for the final.

I think with this new pair MZ/MF coming up, BAM should not make another mistake and MZ/MF should take the KKK/TBH decline as a lesson. I hope this this time they listen to Rexy and I also hope that MF/MZ will stay level headed if they do win the IO tomorrow. They are indeed a better pair in attacking than KKK/TBH but they need to improve on their defence. With exposure they will gain the needed experience. However, it will still depend on MZ/MF self discipline at the end of the day. As long as they stay focused, they will do well.

personally, i feel Zakry/Boon Heong will be a good partnership? both are good in attacks. my 'good' means their attack are solid and consistent.

Should we switch our attention to MZ/MF instead of KKK/TBH? If MZ/MF win tomorrow and keep winning in the coming series, i think they will become new heroes and KKK/TBH will be forgotten soon. This is good for KKK/TBH so that they can stay focused, lesser celebrations, lesser fame to distract them.
