Sorry, I'm no expert on the Cab20s that are out there now, but the original Cab 20's all had gold caps, didn't they? And didn't they come in 2 colors, red or blue? I'm thinking of the first batch that came out in the 1980s. They're the only ones I've actually owned, though I've played recently with a friend's new Cab20M.

Just got my cab21 sp at ranking sports. maybe my bargaining skill is no good, the price is S$105 with bg66 & a grid.
the racket string at 26 pounds (as the owner said). the feeling is really good, much better than 22,23 pounds

    Hey dude,

Sounds like cab is a legend and people go after it even with NS,AT,MP,Ti....

Which one of the cabs should be bought for playing if the current frequent used rackets are AT800OF and Ti-swing power SX? Should I go for "cab30ms special"?

Where could I find the best price?

    Thanks

the reason is, because cab is the only pure oval offering from yonex.
    everything else is iso-head.
so if you want oval, its either go carbonex or go home. ;)

Carlton has some pretty good oval frames. I had a look-see at a Aerogear 800 on sale at my local SportChek. Shaft's pretty stiff and frame looks strong without the awkward AS-Ti pyramidal cone. I think it retails at CAN$69.99 before tax. A tempting buy!

Just went to Rose at Causeway Bay half an hour ago, they got a lot of Cab:

(All come with free BG65 and before discount)

    1 Cab20 (original):hk499
    2 Cab20 special :hk455
    3 Cab21:hk498
    4 cab21 special: HK$498
    5 cab 20 tour sp:hk$518
    6 cab 10 MS:HK$555

All tge Cab 30 MS and Cab 30MS special are out of stock in the mean time. (Daxx it, the last time I saw CAB30ms special there was onlyHK$440)Besides the diff in color scheme, I was told that the special edition are a little bit stiffer and more powerful than the original.

Finally I bought a Cab 21 special, which is made in japan. The serial no is 5065650; 210742SP

Cab30MS speical? Never seen or heard of..........
You can find Cab30 Muscle at Emmy Sports, Luxis, Youth Sport, Wan Kee. Price including string is about HK$800. I don't know why Roses doesn't carry it.

    thanks

they had the cab30ms + cab30 specail a few months ago with much better price than HK$800. those cab30s currently out of stock for the moment. However, they don't know wether they can still get the cab30 special restock. i was told that a foreign guy(a ghost) from UK bought all of the Cab30s.

Do u guys have any ideas of cab20special and cab21special?

Hey guys, I just got a CAB30MS 2UG5! I am a very proud owner...he was selling for 790. Then he told me I had to wait til Monday 'cause he had so many racquets in line to be strung... So I told him to give me a discount... he gave me 40 off...not nearly enough...but oh well... 750HK.

Good for you. Well done man. You did it. You really got a discount. US$5.5 is a good discount for Cab30MS. These shops nowaday do not like to give discount for Cabs. Unlike the fast moving AT/MP, Cabs' supply is a bit low. When I talked to the owner of Rose, I was told that they didnt have problems on stock but they just didn't want to carry a lot of inventory on cabs.

The price for the JP version of Nano Speed 7000 is HK$1,400. About 50 reached HK yesterday and most of them have been sold to selected sports stores. I examined most of them, and to be very frank, they have a cheapy feel and I think they are a big disappointment. It is not a 100% nano racquet, but a combination of high modulus graphite-real cheapskate, why can't they use ultra high modulus graphite?-plus nano carbon.

More and More voice dislike the Nano Speed 7000.

I have a friend bought it directly from Japan on the third day of available. He is still trying to adapt it since he dislike the wide body and also head light balance totally different with his MP90 and AT800DF.

I think YY should make a racket with nano tech in the same mould and balance with current racket (such as MP90 or AT700), without Apple to Apple comparision, there is no accurate comment for nano tech.
