Yet another good experience earned by Riky/Richi in pushing the Olympic champions quite hard in the second-set. They were leading 15-10, only to be overturned and lost 17-21.

Still Indian MS players need to work hard.. 2 of them reached quarters and could not make it to semifinals.... Still way to go.. You have to be extremely fit and full of techniques to tackle the players of indonesia in their home ground in front of their extra-charged spectators..

Such a shame about Marin - she was this close to winning the second game and gave it away. I hope she's prepared to train outside of Spain if that's what she needs to improve her game.

We still have 2 Germans in the SF tomorrow - c'mon, Europe!

11 years ago, she joined German Army as a Sport soldier.. Got all the training whichever given to military women.. She is supremely fit to go for any number of jump smashes showing various acrobatic skills on court .. She is like a man..

No, she is a "sport soldier". She will never go fighting against terrorism or something like that.
It's an opportunity for the sport people, especially in a sport which is not very popular in our country, to get a good support and a salary.
So the sport gets grant-aided by the army.
So she is not "a real soldier" as you maybe imagine.

Scorpion1 explanation was also right - I was just too slow :D
