Predicted winners in bold: Kenneth Jonassen vs Eric Pang Niels Christian Kaldau vs Chen Yu Muhd Hafiz Hashim vs Roman Spitko Shoji Sato vs Chetan Anand Arvind Bhat vs Wong Choong Hann Chen Jin vs Peter Gade Christensen (match of the round -- despite his injury scare, I still favor Peter Gade to win) Yousuke Nakanishivs Dicky Palyma George Richmadi vsLee Chong Wei
Hafiz won easily in straight sets. Choong Hann currently leading 8-4 in the first. This could be a tight game.
Chetan Anand off to a great start 4-0. Arvind Bhat 3-8 down in the 2nd set against Wong Choong Hann, but it looks like he's stetching him.
Updates- Chetan Anand wins against Shoji Sato!! 12-15,15-10,15-5.He's becoming pretty consistent now and i think he's going to only get better. Wong won against Arvind Bhat,15-10,15-3. Dicky Plamaya playing againsy Youseke.Scaped through the 1st game 17-14 Home favourite Kenneth playing against Eric Pang now and leading 9-6.
what a hard time for both danes Gade and Jonassen Jonassen loosing 1st game to Eric Pang and now 6-7 down in the 2nd Gade just started against Chen Jin which could be a tough match hope they both pull through
CHEN jin beat GADE. if CHEN yu can beat KALDAU Niels Christian, it will be no any dane in the ms quarter. I think it should be the first time in the denmakr badminton open's history.
Choong Hann is going to have his hands full and more with Chen Jin. In fact I see Chen Jin polishing him off relatively easily. Chen Jin is the form player right now.
It is sad that Kenneth Jonnassen and Peter Gade are inconsistet when they are top 5 players in the world. It must be dissappointing for Denmark fans, especially when the tournament is on homeground. I think Kenneth and Peter are getting too old for this.
