Nothing much different with US GP Gold, only top players will skip Canada Open like Chou Tien Chen, Viktor Axelsen, Nozomi Okuhara, Yu Yang/Zhong Qian Xin, Endo/Hayakawa, etc. Overall, it's pretty strong line-up for GP level.
Clearer list: http://www.canadaopen.net/participating-athletes.html I'm most likely going to watch every day of the tournament since I live less than 8km away. Only $75 for a 6 day package.
I might go as well hopefully can catch some Men's singles and doubles. Would love to see the fast pace intensity in real life.
