I got this Ti-10 in China and it has this PBSI logo on it. What does this mean?
    Is this a real Ti-10?

    Yes it is.
It means that it has been approved by PBSI ;-)
It meets the standard quality set for world class player in Indonesia

PBSI : Persatuan Bulutangkis Seluruh Indonesia
    means :
    Association of Badminton in Indonesia

I don't think that is correct. Singapore is too small a market. The total number of SP racquets sold in Hong Kong alone bearing the HK suffix in the cone serial no. will outnumber those sold in Singapore. SP racquets are officially marketed all over Asia except Japan and China.

and except Taiwan; Taiwan racquets never have SP on the cone, nor on the shaft.
