I saw a new colour Cab 25 in Mong Kok tonight. It's colour scheme is somewhat like the Cab 30 with wordings as Cab 21. Frame is fading colour from yellow to red.

Price is quite low, around US$52 (Hong Good).

Cab 25 is not a famous racket, but it still has 3 generations - old logo with dull colour, new logo with dull colour, new logo with new colour.........

    Anybody tried it??

Cab 25sp 2U-G5 is closer to Cab 21 than Cab 20 but a little lighter. Not a lot of power as it is very balanced. Good doubles racquet but more for defence. I only have old versions from 1999 onwards so not sure if they have changed the characteristics in this version you have seen.

I have one with small cracks, so I hanged it on my wall. Nothing special, my ranking for Cab 25 is below Cab 20, Cab 21 and Cab 30. In fact, the small cracks cames quickly after play, so I could not test it pro-longed as per other Cabs.

I found it in Wan Kee, only HK$400. Price is almost same as other Beginner Yonex rackets.

    guys,

i've been to wan kee this afternoon and have a look at the cab 25 in new color scheme.
it doesn't look so good. in fact, from my eyes it just looks like a low end yonex racket with thick glossy finishing  ! excuse me!
it's totally different form the traditional and simple looking of cab 20,21,25.
for me, i prefer the old one.

    red
