this is the most event packed day. still not sure which match will happens first and what are the line up. but which ever it maybe, it will be very exciting to watch the best 4 men's team fight out to earn the spot for the final!
Chn-Kor in the afternoon. I think Korea will find it hard to take a point off China. Den-Ina in the evening. This has already been discussed extensively.
Session 1 (start time : 14.30) Court 2 Thomas Cup: China v Korea Session 2 (start time : 19.00) Court 2 Thomas Cup: Indonesia v Denmark
can already feel the tension building up... in the quiet alley, we hear..... "Zhong Guo Dui - Jia You!!!" and then on another end, we hear: "Dae~~~~ Han Min Gook!!!" as it gets louder, and louder and louder....
"Zhong Guo Dui" jia you !!!!!! "Zhong Guo Dui" jia you !!!!!!"Zhong Guo Dui" jia you !!!!!! "Zhong Guo Dui" jia you !!!!!! COME ON...YOU GUYS DID IT BEFORE...SO DO IT AGAIN THIS TIME!!! I WILL BE CHEERING FOR YOU ALL OVERHERE WITH ALL MY HEART AND SOUL...
Since I may not have the opportunity to cheer for China when they begin play, I shall say it now: Zhong Guo Jia You, Zhong Guo yu mao qiu shi jie di yi!! It's gonna be 3-0 baby!!
I will be rooting for Denmark today. Even though i would want to see a China vs Indo rematch in Finals. It will be a scary sight in the stadium As of for China vs Korea. i will just watch. Why Denmark? Because they deserve it! They have gone thru alot to reach this stage..
110% AGREED. perhaps, CHN badminton team had been facing "down-stream" kind of performance occasionally, but I know, i knew they will be back with full force and NOW they are back with even better team to regain what they hv had lost before...
Oops, I think we need some balance in support here. Even though the odds are heavily stacked against them, it's GO KOREA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For the other session, I still would like to see Indonesia advance in their bid to defend the Cup.
- I hope Denmark pulls thru first, I dont want to watch a repaet at the same time half worrying about some untoward incident (unlikely as it may be). I think a China -Denmark encounter will be ideal (if China goes thruIE.0, then I can sit back and watch badminton at its best without all that tension.
- And dont forget to turn all your air-cons to full blast to counter that heat wave in Msia mebbe Sing and Ina. On the plus side no rain and no service interuptions.

I would definitely want to watch a rematch of china vs indonesia...But must support korea too... Talking about the most deserving team to win, i think it should be china...Their players had won various titles for their country but still, they are unable to win the tc...Cant wait for the china vs korea match...
finals tickets sorry for a bit OOT, heard the news that the tickets for finals are already sold out, and there are a lot of what we call "calo" (people who bought a lot of tickets to be sold again at a higher price, this is illegal) around, despite of the prevention tactic (a person can't buy more than 3 tickets). I hope the final will be a rematch INA vs China, been waiting for it Go INdonesia!! Go INdonesia!! IN-DO-NE-SIA !! aren't Indonesian spectator's great? the best there is i wonder how it is when the spectators are quiet like they do in Europe
well siesta, we are proud with our very enthusiastic crowd bt thr are many who don't appreciate the warm athmosphere... i heard from my friends who wr there during the match btw indo-chn and indo-mas, the crowds are now more 'tame' and well behaved, unlike the wild lot as in 1994.. cheering is ok bt not resort to booeing and intimidating the opponents..
hmm. yeah i also didn't agree with booing when the opponents serve..abit low methinks..but as long as it's not violent..it also serves as a kind of test for the athletes don't you think?build up their mentals..if they can stand the indonesian crowd, they can stand ANY crowd but still, a factor of a good game is the spectators right? and Indonesia will win hands down in a cheering competition even the home spectators are cheering loudly (including me)
