All right!! I have gotten my new MP-99 (3U) !!:)
Well, the store I went to has a very complete line ups of Yonex...and I got:

    MP-99 (3U) with BG-85 (21x22)
    Re-string my ISO-TI-SP-SR with BG-85 (20x21)
    2 Grips (blue:) and thick-style)
    1 Tube of Victor shuttles
    2 Yonex cool looking shirts

All of above for 6090NT...... which is about $174USD......
    I think it's a pretty good deal:)

By the way, if people want me to bring back Gosen racquets.....I am sorry that I didn't see any of Gosen in stores I know......

    PS:
    1. By the way, the store has the AT-700, and it's about the price of 115USD, the same price as Ti-10, MP-100, and 99
    2. The stringing service I got from the store is outstanding!! The numbers are not just regular pounds, they are FULL pounds (that is, 21x22 actually feels like 24x25), very impressive. I believe the store has strung over 60000 racquets in past 20 years.......very impressive skills and the stringing pattern is very unique.

Did the store use an electronic constant pull machine?

Oh yes, they are using the electronic one.....and the owner to me the machine cost about 340000NT....which is about 10000USD......geez.....and the machine is cool....and responsive....and I am not kidding......10000USD...!!

When I mean full pound, that is, if you string the racquet , say, 20x20 pounds, which any regular machines and techniques, after you string it, the racquet may only got about 19x19 pounds, then after a week or a month, it will start to drop ...... to maybe 18x18 or even lower.

The full pound means, 20x20 pounds......and after you string it, it will still be 20x20.......even after a week or a month.....the tension will hold very well and it will not drop easily.......

Their technique is so hard to do!!! I say the owner just do all the stringing job all by feels!! Geez!! and the owner pull the strings from the top (the middle top area), which is very very very abnormal......but keeps the tension tight and even.......
I also learned many information about the regular string machines...

I guess I will go to the store today and buy something else, maybe a pair of shoes and even AT-700 (just for fun since it's not expensive in TW at all) :)

USD 10,000 !!! Is it a Babolat? I thought the Babolat Sensor Expert costs USD 6,000 just for the basic machine. You should ask the guy to string to 23 lbs the next ;) (more like 28 lbs on a string tension machine). :D

I am new to the stringing. But the stringers I know always start from the middle of top. Is it very special?
About the "full pound", when I lived in Tainan, a stringer always string the racket with "full pound". He is not willing to string the racket over 23 pound. He claimed he string the racket "full pound" and the tension is tighter than other stories about 2~3 pound. Actually the tension on the racket he string doesn't drop a lot afer hard playing. But I always doubt about this!!

Yes, Babolat makes the best electronic stringing machine out there but the cost is very high. Unless you want to become a pro stringer otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.

Every experienced stringer starts from the middle top to string the mains. Don't ever start from the side!!!

Always remember this: 1 lb from a constant pull electric machine = 3 lbs to 5 lbs on a spring tension crank machine

Why is that? Isn't 1lb the same regardless of whether it is drop weight, crank or constant pull? I know the diff. between the three and with crank, if done set up properly, a lb is still a lb.

If worried about mis-calibration, then I would say that a drop weight is still the best as it uses earth gravity (constant) as the pulling force.

That much difference??? 1:3??? 1:5???

I mean, I can understand with proper grip and clamp, etc, better machine tends to lose very little tension when knoting or pulling, while cheap machine might lose the grip and even dmg. string coil.

If u say using better machine might get 2, 3 lb more than a un-proper adjust machine, I might believe. However, 1lb = 3 or 5 lbs? then, with good machine, u can stirng up to 30-50 lb, while the cheaper machine can only do 10?

that's weird....because I asked the owner to string 20x21 for me......
and according to that 1:3~5 idea.....so my racquet is actually now 60x63 pounds???

    no way.....

    Your 20 X 21 is more like 25 X 26.

The limit is with the racquet in question and not the machine.
