Been going back to the retro years of late, been bobbing my head to Duran Duran, Tears for Fears and Level 42 to name a few. Duran Duran Union of The Snake Rio Save Me A Prayer Wild Boys Come Undone Ordinary World The Reflex Is There Something I Should Know Girls on Film Level 42 Lessons In Love Something About You Tears For Fears Shout Don't Dream It's Over Breathe Prayer Hands To Heaven Spandau Ballet True Through The Barricades Johnny Hates Jazz Shattered Dreams I Don't Wanna Be A Hero Turn Back The Clock I'm only 26, meaning I was less than 12 when these music were on air but heck, having two brothers listening to the New Wave stuff, can't help but get influenced! I sort of consider the 80s as the best era for music (as many would attest). Edit: And many more of those Human League, Bangles, Wham! etc etc... too many to list here.
I bet the music raises your rate of heartbeat after consumption. As for the latter, I hope any raunchy bits in their videos are pixelated.
first when i was a kid i listen to new wave music, then in the late 80's i listened to rock and heavy metal (aerosmith, poison, bon jovi...yes i admit they were ok that time, montley cru, metalica, etc. and my favorite guns n' roses) early 90's i still listen to rock and heavy metal but in the mid-90's i started listening to rap, hip-hop and r&b (because i cant play heavy metal music in my pimped out ride your supposed to play music with ear-splitting bass) i was listening to paperboy, n.w.a, public enemy, dr. dre, and my man...i mean the boss snoop doggy dogg, till now i still listen to rap, hip-hop and r&b but sometimes i listen to classic rock from the 70's and 80's (black sabbath, led zeppilin, alice cooper, etc.), old love songs (david pomeranz, michael johnson, bread, etc.) and music that i loved when i was growing up. i listen to these music and the selection just changes depending on my mood.
any THRICE fans here, there an awsome band, cant wait for there concert in march ...i also like story of the year, from first to last, underoath..and many more
My favorites are Pilipino artists- Hale, Christian Bautista, and Black Eyed Peas. I don't like many US bands on the scene today, but the music from the 90s is good. I primarily listen to soft rock and religious/love based songs. But I need that hip hop to get pumped up before playing baddy
