i have been trying to cut down on racket purchases. so for the last year. i only bought two new rackets and broke quite a few:
1x Iso900 SX (SP) - cracked.
2x Iso900 SS (CN) - broken
1x Iso900 SS (SP) - broken
1x Iso900 SR (SP) - cracked
1x Iso900 SR (SP)
1x Cab-22 (SP)
1x Cab-8DX (SP)
1x Ti-10 (TW) - broken
1x MP100 (CP) - broken
1x MP100 (HK)
1x MP77 (US)
1x Carlton AB2000
1x Iso600 (SP)
1x Iso600 (US)
2x cab20 (SP) unstrung.
1x Aerotus 77 (SP) - broken
1x Aerotus 110 (SP) - broken
and a couple of others, all broken.
so it looks like i am down to 10 intact rackets. my main racket now is the Iso600. a very fine racket..

I wonder if you guys own a sports shop, own a multinational corporate company, a director of the national badminton assoc or something - the number of rqcuets that you ppl have are astounding! It is almost like a collection of one racquet per year. And all that adds up to thousands of dollars of equipment alone.
Is it necessary?
Impressive!
-
Well some people love badminton more than a sport and it grows to a hobby so it can be very expensive just like any other hobby. Some people collect and some people buy it and it over time it has a sentimental value so they don't think it's worth selling (Depreciated).
On another note here's my update:
Yonex Ti-3 - SOLD!
Black Knight i940 - Traded for Forza TiTech 2200 CF and loving it!
BK Rapier 865 - Backup racquet!
-
wow... all of you are rich.. =D
