Prioritizing hitting the sweet spot vs swing speed

    im saying if you're more concerned about hitting the sweet spot than swing speed, you'll actually hit harder

    Like kwun said, 99% if the time we try and do both. Power and placement is needed in most shots.

    Raise the tension until the sweetspot is the size of quarter or a dime, then you'll know if you hit the sweetspot... or not.

    Hitting clears as far as you can without putting effort into your shots. Works your overall technique but it isn't the most fun drill.

    I was thinking the same, but can't really recommend stringing that tight to a recreational player. ;)
