I saw this from the net.

It is a device attached to the bottom of the racket handle to read the swing speed and degree.

    Anyone try this before?

Interesting ! But how does it calculate ? It's been said that swinging degrees and shuttle hit been taken as a count. How this device know the hit of the shuttle ?

If I try to swing fast for a smash and later, at the last moment decide to slice it for a drop, how does it calculate ?

Predicting speed of the shuttle when it crosses the net would be accurate.

I have no idea. This looks interesting. I believe it has a gyroscope in this device to sense the swing and also the impact of the hit to determine the speed and swinging degree.

I can't see this being too accurate as a lot of it depends on the strings, tension, racquet properties and how cleanly you hit the shuttle and the ambient conditions etc. So as a tool to see if you have improved your swing speed and a bit of fun yes I'm all for it. But for accurate measurements, I doubt it.
