Hi guyz..I have a big problem of screwing my wrist when playing any overheadshot, thus inaccurate shots. And as i'm a begginer for badminton i play not with those expensive rackets instead an inexpensive one. Is it a matter of my racket or my bad tecnique. And to say i can make good shots with a better racket which was borrowed from a friend. Anyone willing to help me.. Please..??

maybe you can take a video first so we can know what is actually wrong. We cannot know the problem just from your description above,

Explain a bit more what you mean or take a video, its hard to understand what's wrong as your initial description is vague.

    Kindest regards,
