    hey guys.

So Victor released two new shoe models S80 and SH920. Both have similar prices with the 920 costs higher a bit. Have anyone tried both and could tell the differences?
I mean it wouldn't be the same, would it? Shock absorption, Sole, Fitting, Comfortability, Durability are specs I concern. Will it be worth to invest a little more in the 920s?

I've been playing for a year or so, mostly (mixed) doubles. I tend to hop and jump around the court so Shock absorption as well as Shoes Tech are major concerns.
If there are no considerable differences between the two, I'll go with color preference lol

    Thanks in advance :)

I was in a similar situation to you and decided on the SH920 in the end.

The advice I got was that the S80 is a great shoe, but is more aimed at the light-weight/minimalist niche. The SH920 is more cushiony.

I'm sure someone with experience of both will be along shortly, though :)

Having tried both, would say the SH-A920 definitely has better cushion n suits duck feet like mine. Could feel they wrapped the feet snug n comfy. IMO, its the best shoes coming frm Victor.

As for the S80, its made for speed. Hence, its relatively lighter n less cushioned than the A920.

I recently replaced my SH9100 with red 920 and I do have to say that it does have more cushioning and has that snug feel. I do like the 920 blue but have 2 pairs already which I alternate.
I do use SF green insole if it makes any difference.

Most definitely. Not only it seems to be more durable, it does feel softer and more cushiony.
