I have not played badminton in 2 months. I really want to get back into badminton, after playing tennis as I THINK I remember the fundamental strokes. My general fitness is good, my upper body is goodish, but lower body is where my strength lies.

I wanted to know if this is any good.

30x low/service line backhand and forehand (15 each)
30x high/deep serve backhand and forehand (15 each)
15x Forehand Clear (Drill with partner)
15x Backhand Clear (Drill with partner)
    20x Drop shot
    20x Smash deflection
    15x Smash

I'm not really sure what you're trying to accomplish, but that just looks like a warmup you should be doing before you start playing.

I want to get my fundamental strokes down. My footwork has also been completely haywire because of tennis. I remember the split step (since it's used in tennis as well) but I don't know when to apply the split step and how to retrieve each shot.

You should probably find more drills to do then. What you posted should take you less than 10 minutes, so it won't really be a great training regiment. If your footwork is sloppy then you should just do shadow footwork. Do it slowly to mak sure your technique is right, then speed it up.
And for the split stepping thing, you should time it as your opponent hits the shuttle.
