Maybe - if you feel good. Do not lift heavy weights or exhaust yourself by training harder than normal. But it is important to keep moving and stay flexible.
The intensity should be fairly low so you can recover fully from your workout. It all depends on your work-capacity, recovery rate and general fitness. If you feel you will be 100% fit at the tournament then there is no reason not to workout.
Don't do too much leg exercises before a tournament or you will suffer in long rallies and matches. Your legs will feel like lead after long gruelling matches. Doing swimming or something in water is great as it helps your muscles to stay hydrated and loose. It also helps maintain flexibility. Doing ab or corework is fine, just don't do it too intensive.
