There is a new training program called "Fit'minton" introduced by the French Federation. It is a fitness program adapted to badminton. The training is based on the badminton movements, but it is with music, and made in a way that makes physical training so much more fun. It is well structured, with 4 different parts (warm up, movements in music, exercises with racquets, stretching) and can be practice in any place. I hope this can be spread to many other places.
