New training technique at the French Federation

    There is a new training program called "Fit'minton" introduced by the French Federation. It is a fitness program adapted to badminton. You can see its introduction with the following link : http://www.ffbad.org/actus-24/2015/le-fitminton-debarque
    The video is in French but one can understand the concept.
    The training is based on the badminton movements, but it is with music, and made in a way that makes physical training so much more fun. It is well structured, with 4 different parts (warm up, movements in music, exercises with racquets, stretching) and can be practice in any place.
    I hope this can be spread to many other places.

    You mean it is so french...haha
    But I think it can be good for many kinds of people. Fitness work outs of all kind are so popular in many places

    It's always good when people of the industry are constantly improvising training drills to achieve greater effect and outcome.
