Hi - I am 20 something male and have work monday to friday 8 hours. I use to back around 7 years back in school and then never played after that... I just recently started playing again around a month ago and i am lovin it! I am able to make around 2 hours a day (which right now i spend playing). I am seeking some expert advise onto what can be done to improve my game as far as workout or diet is concerned. Would appreciate some kind words?
If you are enjoying it - try to find a coach locally and get the technique sorted out and with it will come the right set of exercise to do...at 20 something you can just get away with anything
Yeah, i will be getting a coach probably in a while and not right now... i just wanted to kictstart using the basics and build enough stamina first. I can do pushups... right?
