What can I do to improve my fitness? I have bench press and pull up. Will these improve my fitness, or do I need to do other exercises to get stronger?

badminton is more about cardio.. top ranking players have a lean, low fat, defined, hardworked body

Weight training definetely helps you to get stronger and build specific muscle power and endurance. But in badminton, arm strength lies mainly in wrist. And cardio performance (stamina to keep your speed, tempo, and focus high as long as you can) is the key to outrun your opponent in long, tight matches

Hey, I weight train at home too. If you want to weight train for badminton I suggest you do compound lifts to increase your core strength. Compounds lifts are, Deadlifts, Benchpress, Squats, Pullups and Barbell rows. You have more than enough equipment to do this. Train for strength, not for size.
