I've recently had a finger injury and now I've recovered and I want to ask for some exercises for strengthening the fingers and wrists and preventing them from other injuries. Thanks

Did you get the injury from holding the racket? I cannot think of any injury you can get from holding a racket other than a bad grip peeling of your skin. With wrist you can swing-rotate objects that are heavy, could be a heavy racket or covered racket or water bottles. But dont something too heavy that can potential injure your wrist and hand. Then follow it up with drives. This way you can practice the rotation and see how loose appropriate your racket wrist is upon reacting on every return.

I got the injury from playing with a heavy squash racket. It was on the knuckle of the index finger. That's why I want to strengthen my fingers. Thanks for the exercise :)

I injured my wrist and shoulder for a long time using a squash racquet.

Those badminton racquets that are 130-150grammes weight are better. Partly because of the balance and also the size of the grip.
