Please help me?!! [Smash techniques]

    Every time I smash it always goes far and nearly out. I need a lot of help with smashing and I just.... this is so frustrating ><

    maybe you should start swinging in the air with a proper stroke first. Get to feel the movement of your hips, shoulder, arm, wrist in a correct position. Then start hitting shuttle with slow/ non aggressive pace with your partner feeding the shuttle to you.

    By that time you should check if the same problem still occurs. If it still occurs, ask a friend or video record yourself doing smashes and check for any incorrect movements.

    Most probably I will guess its your wrist pronation and contact point which causes your birdie to fly straight out...

    Make sure you're always flicking your wrist upon impact and hitting the shuttle at the highest point.
