Basically what the title asks. I finished my school badminton season recently and ever since that finished, I practices go down from 3-4 times a week to my weekly club days, 1-2 times a week. I normally don't weight train my upper body as I find if not stretched out completely afterwards, the muscles used in badminton are tighter, making it hard to execute some shots. Noticing the open slots I decided to train my wrists ([reverse] wrist curls and other stuff) only to accidentally injure myself (pulled a muscle somewhere in my forearm). Doc says I shouldn't excessively use the wrist for a while, so that means no badminton... or does it?

tldr; I injured my wrist in weight training and was wondering if it was possible to play at a decent level using your non-dominant arm

*Note this isn't a serious thing, as I'm probably going back to using my dominant arm in May...

Obviously, that's not championship level material.
But there's no reason why you too can't do that :)
