Mizuno Wave Fang Pro or XT3 are a good pair of badminton shoes. Both provide excellent side support which prevent ankle sprain. The sole design offers very good lateral grip. However, both shoes doesn't offer much cushioning. Hopes that help you in some way.

It is just the inner sole acting as cushion and a far cry when you compared to Yonex power cushion shoes, be it 2 layers or 3 layers.
