Hey folks, as title above. I usually put a few small packets of silica gel to act as dehumidifier in my racquet compartment of the bag, as the grip tends to be quite wet after a badminton session. I've read somewhere that strings are very sensitive toward humidity and temperature, so would having the dehumidifiers in the same compartment as the racquet affect string performance? Please share your experience :)

Can't imagine it having a significant impact.

Not sure how sensitive strings are to humidity; shuttles tend to be sensitive to humidity. Strings are very sensitive to temperature because cold things shrink, so if you put tight string in a cold place it shrinks and snaps.
