    Go see the physiotherapeut, I have had something similar and physiotherapy helped a lot.

    Yes, seeing one now.....but progress is slow...:-(

    What about acupuncture? Anyone tried this form of treatment?

    this brace looks good.....there is top and lower lock, helps to maintain the support...maybe will try to get one or two..:)

    thanks for the words of encouragement.....been a terrible month for me....gained about 1.5kg....can stop thinking of exercising....managed to sneak in a 9km run on sunday. it was a slow and steady run, just to feel the sweat and air rushing in to the face.....so nice...
