hey guys I just bought a wrist ball recently and i think its quite good. However, it only trains the wrist extensors and i guess the supinator and pronator too? But if i compare it with doing reverse dumbbell curls, which is more beneficial? Anyone knows?
similar to powerball. i guess both train diff aspect of the muscle. one is rotation (include pro sup clockwise ,abticlockwise) , the other is one way (pronate and supinate). barbell curl can increase more resistance in a shorter time in my point of view.
Just use a dumbell and do wrist curls like 10reps 5set using a weight that requires like 90%-95% effort to lift
if thats the case I have to use at least a 8-10kg dumbell and my wrist will hurt..it seems like the max weight i can do is around 6kg in order for my wrist to not feel pain but i can do it around 80+ reps..is there anything wrong?
